Temple Essentials L.L.C. — Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for your esthetician's time and other clients on the waitlist, please review the following policy before booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule by calling/texting 734-743-2433 or through your online booking portal.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.
No-Shows Clients who do not show up without any notice will be charged 100% of the service total. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future appointments or removal from the booking platform.
Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client's appointment. Full service fees still apply.
Illness We ask that you reschedule if you are feeling unwell. Please contact us as soon as possible — we will waive the late cancellation fee for illness-related cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits Certain services or first-time bookings may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your service total.
